• LLC "TransLeasingCom" became a part of the "SFT Group" in 2000 year. TLC runs leasing business in the market of Siberia. TLC is situated in Irkutsk. www.tlc.su 

• OJSC "Kamenskaya Paper Cardboard factory" became a part of the "SFT Group" in 2003 year. The factory produces paper and cardboard for corrugating, corrugating container and package, and also poligraphic cardboard. The factory is situated in Tverskaya region, in Kuwshinovo.   www.kbkf.ru 

• LLC "The trade company SFT Group" was founded in 2004 year and is situated in Moscow. Carries out trading of paper production of different kinds, produced in the enterprises of Russia and CIS.

• The managing company LLC SFT management" founded in 2005 year, is situated in Moscow.
  

• CJSC "Aleksinskaya Paper Cardboard factory". The factory became a part of SFT Group in 2005 year. Now it's producing mackle-paper cardboard of different kinds: boxboard,  agglutinate cardboard. The factory is situated in the Tulskaya region, in Aleksin.  www.aleksinkarton.ru

• LLC "JUVI SPb"  was included in the SFT Group in 2006 year. The enterprise specialize in collection and remaking of mackle-paper in North-West region. YUVI SPb is situated in Saint-Petersburg.  www.promgroup.spb.ru

• CJSC "Kartontara" was included in the "SFT Group" in 2007 year. The factory produces paper and cardboard, corrugating contaiter and package which realizes in South federal region. "Kartontara" is situated in Maikop.  www.kartontara.ru
